Have You Heard, Awka in Anambra State Nigeria boomed throughout last Week due to Nigeria Reggae Festival media launch that was hosted by Music Africa Awake? It was a huge success. The member of Nigeria art & culture that was present in the lunch described the event as first of its kind in Nigeria and that it is going to bring together Nigerians, Africans and the World at large with regards to the Entertainment Industry. The member of Nigerian Travellers and tourism that was present said that it is going to bring growth to the tourism industry in Nigeria. In his contribution, the representative of the office of the Governor Anambra State agreed with this contention and urged every citizen of Nigeria/Africans to support and make sure that the forthcoming Nigeria Reggae Festival will be the most celebrated event in the whole World.

Prince Emeka Ojukwu the founder of Music Africa Awake, the Initiator of Nigeria reggae festival, further said this is going to be a platform of cultural exchange between Africans and Cariabans. The president of Music Africa Awake Nigeria, Vincent Omoko was of the view that this event will make unify Africans as they begin to think home where ever they are. This same view was also shared by the Vice President Music Africa Awake Nigeria Prince Jerry. Ify Dediva an Artist was of the opinion that it is a platform to showcase upcoming African Musicians and therefore encouraged the State, the Media Houses, Entrepreneurs in Music Industry and Individuals to assist Music Africa Awake to host the first Nigeria Reggae Festival, come next year, 29th September to 1st October 2018 to be precise.
